I tried to install 4.1-16 but after install I get page The Website cannot display the page

Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

I installed 3.2.6 and it seems to work fine but with 3.2.6 I cannot figure out how to make it look like your demo4. In the attached PDF you will see the photo album shows a folder instead of a pic on the left after opening the album I would like descriptions under each picture but I do not see how to do this. Thanks
