and by default is set to 2MB. Using whatever mechanism you normally use to provide different settings for the server to use when it initializes PHP, you can reset it to something larger. I would suggest not making it gigantic unless you really need it to be very large. Something like 8-12 MB should do for most situations. If you need something larger, I'd suggest having a server especially for large file uploads and then a mechanism to transfer the large files internally around the complex.
