How to chamge "Powered by PHP Photo Album" to link to my homepage?

Can one of you tell me what file to edit to change the "Powered by PHP Photo Album"
to a link to my homepage?

Further more I would like to add a link to top-bar to a html doc with "Instruktions"

Hope some of you can help :)
