imageview in new window

Hello can anyone help me with the following problem:

It;s now when i view a photo in bigger format it opens in the same window in a larger format.

But i want that the foto open in a new blank screen. Something like this:
http://www.agfoto.nl/mood.html and when you click a photo here it opens in a new blank screen.

Who can help me with this?
