Tables in certain php files lack align or border declarations - render differently

I've been messing around with this program pretty deeply, when I noticed some discrepancies between how certain pages render differently between Firefox and IE. Then I noticed that some of the tables do not have align values set, nor do they have border/padding/spacing declared.

like some tables in:
imageview.tpl.php
album.tpl.php

IE seems to default align things in the center, while Firefox will use top-left.

Maybe in the future I can suggest to declare or specify these elements, even if they are "0", just so the galleries render in a more uniform way. It becomes more of an issue if you are using a background graphic and want the menu text to appear over a certain portion of that background.

What do you think?
