Delete Data keep Users?

Is there any way I can delete the contents of the data folder but keep all my users and passwords?
I have a folder)album) that is corrupt and deleting the data folder will fix it but I will lose all my users doing that.

Not sure what you exactly
Not sure what you exactly need, but if you rename your corrupt folder and rescan the photo directory it would delete it and add with the new name. After this you can rename it back and rescan again.
