I have no idea how to start

I never used phpAlbum.
It looks great and this is exactly what I want
I want to make about 5 different photo galleris with discription on each picture.
and would like to have people come and leave comments about pictures.
I tried to connect to ftp surver and it said its succeed.
I think I have to go to setup menu to put my pictures.
However, I cant find anything related setup.
I am totally lost.
Can anybody help me out please..!!!

Did you installed phpAlbum already? If not you could try our Installer, it will configures itself automatically. After installation you just use your favorite ftp client and upload the pictures in your photo directory which will be located in the same directory as your phpAlbum installation.
If you need help, just send me your ftp login info and I could install it for you ...

fix of broken links, & adding new photos

I hope you can help me. I am trying to take over to update gallery here: http://www.texasmile.net/gallery/main.php?cmd=album
As you can see there are broken links at the bottom. Plus, I am trying to add to this page, html links at the top linking to other photos taken by a photographer.
Can you assist me with getting me to speed with this? I see above that you mention the installer which apparently the previous web person used to create this gallery. Is this what I should use? We have login to the webhost and database. Do I need another login for your admin? How do I find the admin? I would really appreciate your help with this. Can I pay you to assist me get up to speed with editing the gallery with your software? I have never used phpAlbum and really need to get this site corrected and updated.
