The title say's it all.
Everything looks oke but as in the title written, no thumbnails, middle size pictures and no small sized pictures. The logo is also not shown. I can download the original file.

Did you check your rights of the config.php (777) and of course did you check if the picture dir exists

It become better, I have installed new and used the ftp-install this time.
Now I have almost all my hart whas hoping for :-)
The last thing that isn't working is the rezise of the thumnails.

Thanks for the PM with data. I looked at your phpinfo and found out that you dont have jpg-support installed in your gd-library. When you install this option, it should work.
Found this in the documentation:

If you have already compiled php without jpeg support and decide you want it , then before you compile again you might need to run "make clean" first.

If you want an image to be
If you want an image to be your logo, then you must upload an image (jpg/png/gif) and point to it by setting the logo path to the right folder and set the logostyle to file.
When you set the logostyle to graphical, then it will use the logo text to create a graphical expression of the text.

That last option, making a
That last option, making a logo itself from the site-title is something that doesn't work. I haven't tried to make al logo as file and upload it.
It should work because we have made all that is needed for phpalbum to work.
