main.php error.

Dear friends,
i've installer the version lister above under windows xp x64, apache 2.2.8 and php 5.3 and every time i try to access my server i get the error the the directory listet in congig.php ( it is: 'd:/docs/album/pic' ) does not exsist. i've check it several time and nothing, i can access throught other php script the directory and php works normal but on phpalbum not.
any ideas?
