Visitors Submit Photos?

I have just installed the software and getting it running, very nice and easy to use even for me :)

One feature I am looking for is an option for someone to submit/upload a photo. Is this an option anywhere or is there a way to do this?

If this has been asked before or already answered I apologize, I was unable to find it anywhere.
