i cannot display any new image that i add to the images folder

i uploaded a new image to the folder where the four default images are but i dont see that new image. i addded a new image but i deleted one of the original and i changed the name of the image that i uploaded to the on that i deleted and i was able to see it . how do i add new images and being able to display them. also how to change the top logo and the links like the home link ??

The toplogo and the links can be changed through setup.
