System Check brings up a blank screen.

When I click on the "System Check" tab on the left side menu the screen goes blank and nothing happens. I assume that there should be some kind of report generated to tell status or the like?

Since I was having problems with the E-Card rights part of the program I wasn't sure if there were other problems with the install as well.
