Problem configuration

I download file phpAlbum_v0.4.1.14_fix01.zip and decompressed.In FTP site I create a folder phpAlbum and put via FTP all files folder phpAlbum.
I create in phpAdmin folder data(CHMOD 777), folder cache_xyz34jk(CHMOD 777) and folder data_xyz34jk(CHMOD 777). I create also a folder fotos.I changed the pass/user.When I load www.mysite.com/phpAdmin/main.php I received a note:"You are not allowed view this page or download this image!"
When a load www.mysite.com/phpAdmin/setup.php I received message"Direct access not permitted!"When a load www.mysite.com/phpAdmin/install_db.php I received the message "Direct access not permitted!" When I load www.mysite.com/phpAlbum/phpdatabase.php I received message "Direct access not permitted!
Please help me!
