Deny write comments..

1. How can I deny the "write comments and send e/card" features to the default user?
The default (guest) user must be capable to see and download pictures only.
2. the voting feature do not work. Is it implemmented?
(my version: phpAlbum_v0.4.1.14.fix04)

Voting ist still not there
Voting ist still not there in PA. And you can only enable or disable Commenting for all Users not for separate groups. You can only enable deleting or approving of comments for groups.
