Changing Font Size?

I've tried to make the font size larger for the front page of my album and the albums themselves, via the css, but the size isn't changing. Do I need to do something else besides the css? The file that I tried to change in is themes/engines/phptemplate/default.css

There is probably also default.css file in the Theme directory Borders, if you are using Borders. Try to change that.
