Hello David,

i liked Debian very much, but now i am Gentoo-Man :) I'am just wondering why debian php package has no ZIP support. What you see in your phpinfo page. Is there ZIP support but disabled, our you can not see that at all? I woul probably try to find some other php package or compile php ...

First and formost the current "stable" distribution of Debian GNU/Linux is version 3.1r0, codenamed sarge that we use.

Second: Software's Installed Apache/1.3.33 (Unix) mod_throttle/3.1.2 DAV/1.0.3 mod_fastcgi/2.4.2 mod_gzip/1.3.26.1a PHP/4.4.2 mod_ssl/2.8.22 OpenSSL/0.9.7e

PHP Version: 5.1.2 4.4.2
Extra Web Security
FastCGI Support
Above are the settings I use, and PHP version used is 5.1.2 can change this to version 4 if need be.

Also where is the main configuration file to check the code for open zip commands?
