Fixed file locking issue in phpdatabase.php file.
Performance should be much better now on most servers.
It is recommended to install this fix.
Only changed file is phpdatabase.php
I'm happy to use phpAlbum
I'm happy to use phpAlbum in my web-project
soon I'll be using this application on http://www.pythagoras.edu.np/ too which will require Great photo gallery like phpAlbum
And also on my various web-projects.
