Icons, thumbnails, images not displayed after viewing once

When I first load my PHPalbum the icons/images/thumbnails will all be displayed but then when I reload the page or go back at a later time they won't display. I have the newest version of PHPAlbum. Here is a link to the album: http://www.ochsweb.com/pictures/main.php?cmd=album

I'm assuming this is somehow related to the cache. If I go into setup/cache options and delete the cache all the images will be displayed on the first viewing once again.

I tested your album and it

I tested your album and it looks good, i don't see any problems there ... may be it is the cache in your browser?

Have you tried going back to

Have you tried going back to it? I have tested it out on several computers and gotten the same result.

Hi, yes i tried it several

yes i tried it several times, but i don't see any problems ... strange ... may be i try it from windows XP, till now tested only from Linux and win2000 ..

I still haven't been able to

I still haven't been able to figure out what the problem is. I've had alot of people test the album and they all have the same problem. The pictures will display at first but once it's viewed a second time the pictures will not display. Any Ideas?

Hello, sorry for the late

Hello, sorry for the late answer i was on the trip last week.

So i could see it now under WinXP ... it was not a problem under win2000 and linux. It is very strange, but i have seen it before and have no idea what it could be. If you extract some link to thies corrupt images or logos like this:

You will get following error page:

Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.ochsweb.com Port 80

Looks like some problem of apache. Second problem is that most people use this script with apache and have not this problems.
Please send me your setup password in to the album. I will check your phpinfo page. It would be great if we could eliminate this problem ...

Were you able to figure

Were you able to figure anything out? (I sent you the setup password)

Actually i found nothing bad

Actually i found nothing bad in your phpinfo page. I wanted to test it with the same versions of php and Apache on my machine but till now i didn't had the time for it .... it has definitely something to do with your server, but unfortunatelly i have no idea what it could be ...

i have the same problem!

first of all - your script is great, but since i chanced the server i have exactly the same problem which is described above.

have you found any sollution for this?

my current url is: http://www.atzgersdorfunited.at/phpalbum

you can view the same album on my old webspace, where it is working properly....

so i guess this MUST be a server problem, because i downloaded the whole album with its configurations from the old server to my local machine and uploaded it to the new webspace with the same configurations.....
then i thought maybe the problem happened while transfering the configurations so i installed it with the install wizard completely new, but the problem still remains

can you help?

Same problem

i have the same problem, once i unchecked cahce images, the images work, but the folder icons do not, check it out, BTW i'm using Windows XP.

i has it too and i've just solved it

add a random number to the images source.
this solves the issue once and for all.
your should edit the files: main.php , thmb.tpl.php.

i used the php random function , so the lines are like this:

$random = (rand()%9999999);

return "main.php?rnd=". $random ."&cmd=thmb&var1=". urlencode($file)."&var2=".$pa_quality["thmb_size"]."_".$pa_quality["thmb_qual"]."_".$pa_quality["square_thumbnails"].$sharpen_str;

good luck to you all!
